As the Founder and Principal Consultant at WestPAR Consultancy Inc., Stephen is dedicated to helping organizations solve the unique reimbursement, access, and policy challenges of Western Canada. He is an accomplished professional who leverages his 30+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to develop solutions through innovation, partnership, consensus-building, and trust.

Over the past 18 years, Stephen has guided clients in developing and implementing reimbursement, market access, advocacy and policy strategies throughout Western Canada. His work with clients has resulted in the successful reimbursement of products at the private insurance and provincial levels, including pCPA negotiations. His experience spans a wide range of therapeutic areas in rare disease, oncology, non-oncology, and medical devices, with a practice that focuses on both Private and Public Payers.

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Windsor and a one-year, non-accredited Continuing Medical Education & Needs Assessment Internship through the Department of CME at the University of Calgary.
